Overview

Fraulein Kaust is not the sort of woman one would describe as beautiful. Coupled with the way she displays her somewhat masculine swagger, upon first glance she could give one the impression that she is handsome. German features are apparent, if not by accent then by the display of cloudy blue eyes and darkened strands of blonde hair, cut and worn short over the forehead. The figure she sports is one carried by the athletic; toned and cut in the way someone who’s used to doing manual labor will sport. In keeping with a professional appearance, clothes of the wizardly sort are worn when mingling with the public, this mostly dealing in a long outdoor robe of green color, scarf sporting dark blue color and leather gloves. When not on the field attending to her professional duties a casual robe is worn over clothing, clothing that usually consists of a simple blouse and slacks. Instead of representing with any sort of wizardly hat, when not on the field, what sits on her head looks to be some sort of German sailor headgear and underneath that can be seen her wand sticking out. Sometimes she sports a pair of square-framed glasses on the bridge of her nose.

Personality

There’s something off about the German woman whose accent hangs thick on often barked words and chilling stare appears glazed and unfocused. While, upon first impression, she can look like a sleepy-eyed loon, upon closer inspection that crazed wild aura she gives off can lead to a startling and blunt sort of clarity. Sentences structured oddly, with a look of indifference she directs, commands, and lectures in a quality most might dare to call boring, if not for the harsh whip-like tone she carries and there’s no bottomless lake of patience for this impious smiling woman to coddle ignorant citizens with, if anything that bitter voice is the opposite of comforting. Nevertheless, she does seem to take her profession with a chillingly scientific sort of detachment, and in her own creepy slow way she must care about the reputation she carries, damaged but restored due to a past legendary persona… but it’s hard to say that when one is staring down the nose of the ‘sailor’ with the wolfish half-grin.

Brief History

Not much to say or recollect other than the fact that she grew up in a fairly decent home of pureblood wizards. Nothing tragic or unfortunate here, unless one counted the unfortunate accident that resulted in the stained color of her tongue or the exploding bowels incident of ’73. When reaching the appropriate age she was shipped out of Berlin to the Durmstrang Institute of Magical Learning. There she learned a fairly decent amount and gained a logical amount of information against the Dark Arts. Unfortunately, after a small incident in ‘73 in which she still claims to have had nothing to do with the next place on her list of schooling was Hogwarts, where she remained until gradation. During her career underneath the house of Gryffindor, she played for the Quidditch team and upon finishing her schooling was offered the position to coach it. Her original reply was a rude rejection, in which she chose to disappear for some years doing only the gods know what. It was only then, upon returning with a somewhat changed and creepy demeanor, that a former agent for a ministry of magic position had a ‘small accident’ and the job was hastily thrown in her direction. Along with that position, after displaying an interesting amount of information about the sad race known as Muggles and mythical creatures, she was given the opportunity to prove her worth. ——

However some horrible circumstances took place in which she took over a rather famous school with some very unethical regulations in place. Naturally those in charge of the law found her innocent of such allegations and upon discovering her former professional quiddich career she was given a position among the German team. Still, there are some records missing that bring cause for alarm, a massive chunk of history from between her professional career and her employment at Hogwarts…

Ah, it doesn’t matter.
